PLEASE NOTE: This page is still being edited. We apologise for any formatting errors.

Any section of UCL Estates vacating an area (offices or workshops) because of relocation or extensive refurbishment must leave the area in a safe condition. It is the responsibility of the manager of the area to be vacated to make arrangements for the removal of waste material, furniture or equipment and ensure the area is in a safe condition. This may require liaison with the Project Officer in the case of refurbishment work, or the incoming manager in the case of relocation. It is not acceptable to leave your waste for others to remove without prior agreement.

Any item or substance that may present a risk to UCL contractors, staff/students or new occupants must be removed, or arrangements made for its removal, before the area is handed over.
