EHS Rules for Contractors

Compliance with the UCL Estates EHS Rules for Contractors is part of the contractual requirement for contractors working on UCL premises. The Rules are an integral part of the way UCL expects contractors to operate and compliance should be considered during the tendering and planning stages.

If you are a Project Officer managing contractors, you will need to monitor your contractor's compliance with these Rules. You should familiarise yourself with this document and seek advice from Safety Services if you need guidance with the application of these rules.

This document specifies the rules (categorised by topic) and details the consequences for non-compliance, which would be considered a breach of contractual obligations and will be treated by UCL Estates as a serious issue.
