Customer Feedback

We take seriously the need to deliver outstanding customer service to our students, staff and visitors. In order to continually improve our service we actively seek feedback on the services we provide to our community as this helps us ensure we understand our customer's needs and to adjust our services to best meet these needs. You can provide feedback through a short questionnaire.


"In response to my enquiry regarding a delivery of a letter, I would like to thank Alan and all the guys in the Post Room for tracking, tracing and sorting this out for me so promptly!"

"It's always a pleasure to see Dermot when he delivers the post to the MAPS Faculty office. Dermot always has a smile on his face and comes across as an easy going friendly person who is happy to have a quick chat and put up with my bad jokes!" Overall I find all the postmen who deliver to the office friendly and happy to help out whenever they can."

"Just a quick note to say a very big thanks you to you and your staff for a very efficient postal service; the staff in the Post Room are always very kind and professional in carrying out their duties As always, the Department is very grateful and appreciative for your service."

"Can I just pass on my appreciation for Roy Daniel's help this morning? I bumped into Roy at 0730 this morning and asked in passing whether there was a long set of steps to remove some debris from the JBR uplighters. Within the half hour, Roy had taken this on, and was in the JBR carrying out the task"

Tony's support was crucial in the early stages of getting the idea off the ground and smoothing the way. Dickie and Aaron were vital in helping to pull everything together in the last few days. Your efforts and those of your colleagues were essential in making the festival happen. We want to make sure that you (and your line managers) know how much we appreciated your skills, patience and willingness to help."

"I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for your help in the past month to that allowed our event to be a success. We had an excellent turnout of approximately 2800 participants hailing from London to Edinburgh to attend the event. The UCL staff present that day were extremely helpful and I would to thank the electricians for coming down promptly to solve certain electrical issues. Thank you very much for the parking spaces and the aid of the security at the front gate that allowed the movement of vehicles to be efficient and smooth. The tables and chairs provided were perfect for our needs and are greatly appreciated. Overall, I could not have asked for a better Food Festival and this would not be possible without the aid of the UCL Estates Office, UCL security and UCL staff."
