Constitutional Affairs Committee Inquiry
Devolution: A Decade On
On 21 February 2007, the House of Commons Constitutional Affairs Select Committee launched an inquiry entitled 'Devolution: A Decade On', calling for evidence on a range of major issues relating to the operation the post-devolution British constitution.
In response, members of the Constitution Unit submitted two pieces of evidence: one on Whitehall, the courts and intergovernmental relations; and a second on The English Question.
